Why we are asking

Two years on, we would love to get the whole station together again.

We know this is a careful year, so we have kept this as simple and modest as we could.

It is two full years since the station last sat down together, and seven to eight new colleagues have joined since.

Exclusively for KLM staff — and one plus-one each.

Three separate bands, three separate sets — all of it inside the room fee. No booking agent, no negotiation, and no entertainment line in the budget at all.

The stage, PA and mixing desk are permanent fixtures here, so there is nothing to hire, deliver or set up on the day.

The sets run from early evening through to close, with the speech and the games sitting in the gaps between them.

Food & drink

À la carte, ordered as we go.

No set menu and no buffet tray. We order real plates from the kitchen across the evening, and the bill follows what the room actually eats.

ATA Chapter Pose — charades for aircraft engineers. Draw a random ATA chapter and mime it; whoever guesses right goes next.

Airline Rejection — an airline is taped to your forehead, everyone sees it but you. Take turns naming airlines; say your own and you're out.

The part that matters most to us — seven to eight new colleagues introduced by name, on the stage, in front of the whole station.

Mission cards go to each table — poses to recreate under the neon. Teams shoot, send to the LINE group, everyone votes.
